Profile[]
Appearance[]
Z'aanta is an old man with white hair that sticks up. He wears fur shoulder-guards like H'aanit, but has a red cape attached to them. Z'aanta wears a green and gold shirt, with brown shoes and blue pants.
Personality[]
Z'aanta is a kind and happy-go-lucky man, adopting H'aanit as an infant when her parents died and raising her as if she were his own daughter, while also teaching her how to hunt. He is the best hunter in S'warkii, to the point where helping him, such as the case with Redeye, would actually slow him down due to his goal to never let anyone die.
On the other hand, Z'aanta is also a gambling addict, and in stark contrast with his prestige as a hunter, his gambling "skills" are awful as he constantly loses and has to be consistently bailed out by H'aanit. H'aanit deeply respects Z'aanta as a master hunter, but notes that he doesn't take any activity unrelated to hunting seriously, and strongly disapproves of his gambling. Nevertheless, the two still share a close bond.
Story[]
Z'aanta met a young H'aanit and adopted her as his apprentice. Z'aanta would occasionally take on jobs from the Knights Ardante, such as the Redeye hunt. He always went solo on these missions, as having more people around would slow him down and possibly cause more devastation.
Relationships[]
H'aanit[]
Z'aanta was H'aanit's adoptive parent. He taught H'aanit his skill in hunting and considered H'aanit to be one of the most skilled huntresses there ever was. When Z'aanta was petrified by Redeye, he wrote a note apologizing to H'aanit for failing before succumbing to the curse.
Natalia[]
A friend of Z'aanta. She was the last person to see him before he chased Redeye into The Spectrewood, near Stonegard.
