Personality

Velnorte referred to himself as a sinner for putting his wish to keep Rinyuu over the moral issues of helping the Scarlet Wings. He was smart, having been researching methods to develop a 'cure-all' elixir, and was necessary in the development of the elixir involved in Tytos' plan.

Story

Velnorte was a researcher threatened into working for Tytos and the Scarlet Wings. He believed that if he refused to help develop an elixir for Tytos' plan, he would lose Rinyuu.
