Underground Laboratory is a dungeon location in Octopath Traveler II. It is Osvald's Chapter 4 dungeon, accessible via a secret passage in the Montwise: Library. Harvey's experiments into the One True Magic litter this area.

- During Osvald's Chapter 3, the tubes containing Harvey's experimental monsters burst, forcing the player to battle three hybrid chimeras. After the battle, one container remains unbroken. It contains a shadowy, human-like figure whose identity and significance is unknown.
- The end of Harvey's laboratory is littered with human skulls, spatters of blood, and the bones of an enormous creature, which are likely remnants from his experiments.
