The Heavens Emblem
The Heavens (神界, Shinkai) is the region that covers the highest layers of the Domain of the Gods, accessed through the Gate of Orsa.
According to Aelfric in the Trials of Truth, the gods used to live there peacefully with their mother Orsa until her youngest child, Galdera, slew her upon hearing that She would distribute Orsterra among his siblings—something that he, who wanted the entire world for himself, could never accept. Galdera fled from the heavens and, after a long battle against his siblings, ended being sealed in Hell, behind the Gate of Finis. The Sacred Flame Aelfric used to defeat him is said to originate from the Heavens.

- In Octopath Traveler, Heaven is referred as (天, Ten), the realm where Aelfric's Sacred Flame comes from. It's unknown if 天 and 神界 are interchangeable terms, or if 天 refers to the heaven as a "whole" while 神界 refers to an specific place or region inside it. The Heavens Emblem, depicting the bell in the Altar of the Heavens, implies the latter.
