Silence is an Ailment in Octopath Traveler.
Effects[]
When a character is silenced, they cannot use any Skills; they can only use regular attacks. Enemies cannot be silenced.
Causes[]
No skills or concoctions can silence. However, some enemies will use Skills to silence you.
Remedy[]
Silence can be cured with Herbs of Clamor and prevented with Articulate Stones.
