Profile[]
Appearance[]
Lady Rosa has long brown hair and wears a green coat over her white dress.
Personality[]
Despite her chronic illness, Rosa is known to be a kind and just ruler, beloved by her people. She loves her daughter above all else, and treasures Melia's happiness.
Story[]
During her early life, Rosa became the ruler of Winterbloom and had a daughter, Melia, whom she raised herself. However, Rosa was also stricken with a disease that gradually paralyzed her. She sought the help of countless apothecaries, but none were able to help, deeming her illness incurable. After Trousseau visited her household, two members of a group known as Eir's Apothecaries called on her to diagnose her. The leader of the group, Castti Florenz, managed to find a treatment which slowed, but did not stop, Rosa's illness. Castti planted an herb garden from which Rosa could grow the ingredients for her own medicine. Rosa prolonged her life as long as she could so that her daughter could inherit her estate when she became of age.
As time passed, Rosa's illness progressed to where she was now bedridden. During Castti's Chapter 2, the now-amnesiac Castti comes to visit her while stopping in Winterbloom to find out more about her past. After Rosa's examination, Melia comes in the room to give her medicine before she and Castti leave the room to gather more herbs.
While Castti and Melia are gone, Rosa's nephew Greg comes to visit her, demonstrating a distinct lack of sympathy as he tells her to just move on. As they converse, Castti and Melia return, with the latter chewing Greg out for his behavior before escorting him to the door. Castti then gives Rosa an elixir, which helps to ease her pain and put her to sleep.
While Rosa was asleep, Greg kidnapped her daughter in an effort to claim her estate for himself. After Castti rescues Melia and returned with the tidings, Rosa thanks Castti before receiving another dose of medicine. As time passed, Rosa's treatment continued. At some point, Greg visited her and presumably confessed his role in Melia's kidnapping. On the day of Melia's 12th birthday, Rosa bequeaths the town to both Melia and Greg and gives Melia her birthday present, the Brooch of Joy, before succumbing to her illness.
