Penny is a character in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. She is one of the eight octuplets striving to repay their parents for raising them lovingly.

- Penny is the fourth-born daughter and youngest of the Octuplets. Her likes include "stargazing and herbal tea" while her dislikes include "anything bitter."[1]
- Koudai Okamoto comments on Penny's artwork, "Penny is one of eight siblings. As she is an apothecary, I hoped to depict her with a cheerful yet gentle ambiance."[2]
