Oskha the Have-not is an enemy in Octopath Traveler 0 and Champions of the Continent. He is the first phase of the final boss battle of Bestower of Wealth's Chapter III.

- I am the Have-not....: After recovering from the first 3 breaks.
- First break: Sets his shield points down to 19 and removes and from his weaknesses ().
- Second break: Sets his shield points down to 18 and removes and from his weaknesses ().
- Third break: Sets his shield points down to 17 and removes from his weaknesses ().

- Shift: After recovering from the ?th break onwards and can be used after the end of the turn. Changes his weakness to a random one of his second weakness set (, , , ).

- Summon: Start of turn at 75% HP or less. Summons an Altered Gold Remnant/Altered Ivory Remnant to the battlefield.
- Issue Artillery Strike / Issue Assault Strike: Can be used at the start of the turn when a Remnant is in the battlefield. Imparts Elem. Atk. Up to the Remnant for 1 turns.
- Issue Defensive Guard: Can be used at the start of the turn when a Remnant is in the battlefield. Imparts Phys. Atk. Up to the Remnant for 2 turns.
