New Delsta: Theater is a town sub-area of the town of New Delsta in Octopath Traveler II. This area only becomes accessible during and after Agnea's Chapter 2, as it requires a ticket to enter.
Here, Agnea also delivers her final performance during the game's Epilogue, and all of the game's living characters come together to watch.

- Before completing the Crossed Paths event, you are not supposed to access the auditorium. Attempting to enter will prompt a message about searching for the Dreadborn Fragment and the character will turn back. However, restarting the game upon reaching the second phase of the boss battle, then running away or giving up on the boss battle will get you teleported to the auditorium, where Dolcinaea, Primrose and the Dreadborn Tome can be seen onstage. You can freely move through the area, but if you exit the section and attempt to reenter, the usual prompt will trigger. It won't work unless you restart the game between the boss phase, as the game will teleport you to the town instead of the theater.
