- Millard's artwork references an event from his questline where he comes to a realization about his paths to Power or Wealth.
- Artist Hinoki remarks of Millard's artwork, "Cleric garments are the same for all characters in each region, so I wasn't sure how to make Millard stand out from the pack. I like the clerical cloak that fits in with the world of Octopath.[1]
