You who seek fame will begin your journey in the grassy meadows of the Flatlands. There, you will cross path with Auguste, the genius playwright. In Theatropolis, city of the arts, many a poor souls has been led astray by his beguiling words.

The Master of Fame is one of the first three paths open to the Chosen One in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent, themed around "Fame". In in, the Chosen One travels to the bustling city of arts, Theatropolis, where a chance encounter with the city's most famous playwright has them discover the how twisted fame can be.
