Travel to the East Duskbarrow Trail and enter the Moldering Ruins. Navigate through the ruins to find the Grave Robber at the stair landing near the entrance of the ruins.
Use the Challenge or Provoke path action to duel the Grave Robber (  Min Lvl: 20 /  [Strength:7, HP:24,320, Weak:] ).
