King Iguana is a mini-boss in Ochette’s Chapter 1 in Octopath Traveler II. This giant lizard serves as a tutorial boss showcasing Ochette’s ability to Capture enemies and use them for food.
Story[]
At the beginning of Ochette's story, the King Iguana has grown too strong, threatening the balance of the forest. Ochette chases the King Iguana along the Path to the Tombs of the Wardenbeasts, determined to bring it down and put an end to its greed.

- King Iguana's sprite is based on Gigantes, the boss of the Refuge Ruins in the original Octopath Traveler and of the Nameless Isle in Octopath Traveler II.
- A Shadowy version of King Iguana can be seen in the Verdant Wood during Ochette's Chapter 3, although it is never battled.
