Infernal Castle is a secret dungeon location in Octopath Traveler II, located in the area Beneath the Wall. The Infernal Castle is the highest danger level dungeon in the game.
To enter the Infernal Castle, the player must bring 7 total people onto the bridge in Beneath the Wall. Doing so requires having at least three party members that can recruit NPCs (Partitio, Agnea, Ochette, or Temenos). Once 3 NPCs are recruited, bringing the full party of seven onto the bridge will cause it to collapse, dropping the player straight into the Infernal Castle.
From then on, the Infernal Castle can be entered and exited at will like any other location.

- The Infernal Castle is the only dungeon in the game to not show up on the mini-map, as it is instead represented by Beneath the Wall.
- The Infernal Castle and the Decaying Temple are the only two optional locations in the game that need specific party requirements to unlock and explore them.
- Both need a specific number of party members to unlocked; however, said requirements are opposite in nature. The Decaying Temple limits the party to a single traveler in order to enter, while the Infernal Castle requires seven party members, necessitating the employment of summonable NPCs in order to unlock it.
- The Infernal Castle is the only place in which Frost Moleking lll are encountered.
