Her Time to Shine is a side story in Octopath Traveler. It is activated by speaking to the Blue Dancer inside the dancers' dormitory in Sunshade.

Use the Purchase/Steal Path Action to obtain the Diva's Dress from the Star Dancer, located in the western section of Sunshade.

The story ends once the Diva's Dress is given to the Blue Dancer.

The dancer finally got to wear the dress of the star performer for her last dance, fulfilling her lifelong dream.

Alternatively, use the Guide/Allure Path Action to bring the Blue Dancer to the Sickly Girl and Pensive Mother right outside of the dormitory.

Seeing herself in the sickly girl, the dancer encouraged her to believe in herself and in a future where she would be well enough to dance.
