- "Let's get 'em good, Boss!" —To Partitio
Harry is a minor character in Octopath Traveler II. He is a member of Partitio's posse, along with Nikki, Ned, and Joe.
Profile[]
Appearance[]
Harry has short black hair. He wears a brown hat and pants, a white shirt, and red gloves.
Personality[]
Harry is perhaps the most outspoken member of Partitio's posse, and he is the only one driven to theft by hunger, which he justifies by claiming he's got mouths to feed too. He's eager to beat up Oresrush's oppressors, which he calls "lily-livered lowlives." Harry also acts a bit skeptical that Partitio would give coin to a man he just met and is prone to self-deprecating jokes.
Harry works hard as a miner to provide for his beloved wife and six children. Despite being much older than Partitio, he decided to throw his lot in with the merchant on account of Partitio's chivalrous spirit.
Story[]
As a longstanding member of Partitio's posse, Harry helps Partitio oust Giff and the other ruffians who attempt to take over Oresrush's profits. When silver prices drop and the town falls into poverty until the landowner's greedy grasp, Harry and his pals fall on hard times. Struggling to find work, they scrape by on what food they can.
Eventually, the group suffers so much that unrest breaks out among its members, with Harry stealing Nikki's bread crust. At Partitio's orders, Harry returns the stolen bread, while Partitio splits his own bread among the group. After Giff shows up and mocks the starving group, Partitio decides that enough is enough and rallies his posse to confront Giff.
Together, Partitio and his gang oust Giff from his position of power, discovering that the landowner falsified his contract in order to cheat the townspeople out of their rightful profits. With this treachery exposed, the town of Oresrush can begin to thrive again. Harry and his friends later share jokes with Joe, helping him woo the girl of his dreams.
