The Frostlands are a snowbound region in northern side of Orsterra. The region includes the town of Flamesgrace, which is home to the cleric Ophilia, Stillsnow and Northreach.

The Frostlands are bordered by the Woodlands to the west and the Flatlands to the east. It also known to house the Shrine of the Flamebearer.
