Foreign Emissaries

The Foreign Emissaries are characters in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent appearing in Bestower of Power path. They were dispatched from G'roha by Tatloch to deliver her declaration of war to Orsterra. They are the Prologue bosses.
