Empress Tatloch is an enemy in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. She is the first phase of the final boss battle of Bestower of Power's Chapter III.

She fights alongside Maa'fa, her loyal pet.
- Attack - Deal standard physical damage to single target.
- Frenzied Gale: Deal damage to random target 3 time(s).
- Fan Flurry: Deal damage to random target 5 time(s).
- Winds of Misfortune: Deal damage to Front.
- Foot Swipe: Deal physical damage to Front. Impart Spd. Down for 3 turns.
- Dance of Battle: While her minions are on the battlefield. Impart all allies with Phys. Atk. Up and Spd. Up for 3 turns.
- You're but prey....: Impart Phys. Atk. Down and Elem. Atk. Down to Front and impart to self with Phys. Atk. Up and Elem. Atk. Up for 3 turns.
- Be charmed: Inflict Charm (The traveler has a certain chance of using the selected skill against the allies) to random target 2 time(s) for 3 turns.
- Kneel before me....: Inflict Charm (The traveler has a certain chance of using the selected skill against the allies) to Front for 2 turns.
- Lend me your power.: End the turn if Maa'fa is on the battlefield. Absorbs 3% of Maa'fa's HP and restore BP by 1.
- No more games!: At 4 BPs. Empress Tatloch enters boost mode. Uses Triple Tempest if not broken before her next action.
- Devour them.: At 25% of Maa'fa's HP or less. Permanently increases Maa'fa's actions per turn to two.
- How's this?: Empress Tatloch enters boost mode. Uses Slowing Strike if not broken before her next action.
- Filthy maggots!: When Maa'fa is not longer on the battlefield and there is at least one Commander who wasn't defeated as an elite enemy. Summons the Commander(s) to the battlefield.
- Maa'fa the Black Panther protects its master.: First action. Imparts self with permanent Cover (The target will take damage in place of ally).
- Scratch - Deal physical damage to single target.
- Gorge - Deal physical damage to single target.
- Draining Bite - Deal physical damage to single target. Absorb 500% of damage dealt as HP.
- Bite Off - Deal physical damage to single target. Inflict Hemorrhage (The traveler will take further physical damage at the end of their turn) for 4 turns.
- Violent Scratch - Deal physical damage to random target 3-5 time(s).
- Intimidating Howl - Deal physical damage to Front.
- Innate Recovery - Impart self with Vim and Vigor (The target will gain some HP at the end of their turn) for 6 turns.
- Maa'fa the Black Panther growls savagely...!: Maa'fa the Black Panther enters boost mode. Uses Wild Rampage if not broken before its next action.
- Attack - Deal standard physical damage to single target.
- Sickle of Terror: Deal physical damage to single target. Inflict Terror (The target will not gain BP at the start of their turn and cannot boost) for 3 turns.
- Sickle of Madness: Deal physical damage to random target 3 time(s). Inflict Terror (The target will not gain BP at the start of their turn and cannot boost) with every attack for 3 turns.
