EX Skills are a game mechanic introduced in Octopath Traveler II. EX Skills are powerful skills that are unique to each traveler.
Each traveler has two EX Skills.
- The first EX skill may be obtained by finding and visiting the altar corresponding to the traveler's primary job.
- The second EX skill may be obtained once the traveler's story has been completed.
Like normal skills, EX skills may be boosted to increase their potency and duration accordingly.
