Cerro the Emissary is an enemy in Octopath Traveler 0 and Champions of the Continent. He is the boss of Master of All Chapter IV.

Battle[]

  • Crushing Claw - First action and can be used randomly in battle. Reduces 90% of single traveler's max HP; no effect if traveler is already at 1 HP.
  • Attack - Deal standard physical damage to a traveler.
  • Paralyzing Claw - Deal physical damage to a traveler. Inflict Status Paralysis OT0 Paralysis for 3 turns. After recovering from a break. Deal physical damage to random target 3 time(s). Inflict Status Paralysis OT0 Paralysis with every attack for 3 turns.
  • Double Claw - Deal physical damage to a traveler 2 time(s).
  • Claw All - Deal physical damage to Front.
  • Cerro the Emissary stands ready!: At 25% HP or less. Cerro the Emissary enters boost mode. Uses Deadly Claw if not broken before his next action.
    • Deadly Claw - Reduce HP of Front to 1; no effect on traveler(s) already at 1 HP.

  • Crush Claw - First action and can be used randomly in battle. Reduces 90% of single target's max HP; no effect if target is already at 1 HP.
  • Attack - Deal standard physical damage to single target.
  • Double Claw - Deal physical damage to single target 2 time(s).
  • Claw All - Deal physical damage to Front.

After recovering from a break. Deal physical damage to random target 3 time(s). Inflict Status Paralysis CotC Paralysis (The target has a certain chance of being unable to act) with every attack for 3 turns.
