The Bestower of All is the final story of the Bestower of... paths in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent, themed around "Wealth, Power, and Fame", and is accessible to the Chosen One only after beating the second set of paths. In it, the Chosen One, Bargello, Alaune, Solon, Richard, Eltrix, Sazantos, and Rinyuu gather to join in the sealing of the eight Divine Rings after being summoned by letter someone named "Finis". In it, the truth is behind the Rings are revealed, but the world is put in danger when Sazantos turns traitor and steals seven of the rings for himself so that he may recreate the world into one without desires.

Prologue - "The Black Flame"[]
Finis, the god who created the thirteen gods alongside Orsa, Mother of All. He summoned the Chosen One and the Guardians of Light to the holy Isle of Orsa. There, he began a ritual to destroy the rings.
However, Flameguard Sazantos and the ring maiden Signa interrupted the ritual. Sazantos then killed Finis with the power of the Accurst Flame, stole the rings and vanished along with Signa.
Chapter I - "Between Life and Death"[]
After Sazantos's betrayal and the appearance of the dead from the mysterious gate... Our heroes held a meeting to determine their next course of action, but a riot broke out among the people of Donescu. They demanded Empress Tatloch be executed.
A gate suddenly appeared, bringing Signa and an army of the dead with it. Battle ensued while the Chosen One followed the ring into Hell itself. Upon defeating the fallen Mahrez, Signa appeared once more, declaring Cragspear will fall next.
Chapter II - "Hill of the Dead"[]
The Guardians of Light prepared themselves for the oncoming battle. But Bargello turned his back on them, determined to protect Valore. At Alaune's request, the Chosen One followed him there, and Signa appeared before them once again.
They pursued her, entering to Hell, where Bargello defeated the mind-controlled Sonia and resolved to help protect all of Orsterra. But when they returned to Edoras, Signa appeared once more, summoning Elrica's shade and forcing her to fight...
Chapter III - "Castle of the Hollow Queen"[]
Sazantos and Signa appeared in Castle Edoras and proceeded to conjure a large gate from which countless fallen poured. However, the Guardians of Light had prepared for just such an attack and were undeterred.
Alaune and the Chosen One venture inside the gate. Infiltrating Hell's Castle Edoras. There, they defeated the fallen Elrica. However, during the chaos, Rinyuu vanished. In order to pursue both her and Sazantos, our heroes now search for a better way into Hell. Their one lead: The Gate of Finis.
Chapter IV - "A Nation Where Time Stands Still"[]
In order to find the Gate of Finis, the Chosen One set out with Rondo and the others to Hell's Kingdom of Hornburg. What awaited them there was none other than Sonzon, the strongest Flameguard and the trials of the Sacred Flame.
Rondo overcame this trials and was recognized as an inheritor of the Flame. Meanwhile, Sazantos and Signa looked on from the depths of Hell. And so, the final battle between Rondo of the Sacred Blue Flame and Sazantos of the evil dark flame draws ever nearer...
Chapter V - "The Gate of Finis"[]
Rondo, the inheritor of the Flame, together with the Guardians of Light and their armies entered the Gate of Finis. Beyond its doors stood Sazantos, who wielded the dark flame to resurrect Tytos, the former Master of Power.
After the Chosen One vanquished Tytos once again. Velnorte suddenly appeared, plunging his knife into Tytos over and over. And then emerged the missing Rinyuu. Upon sacrificing herself to put a stop to Velnorte's rage, their two souls dissolved into particles of light.
Chapter VI Prologue - "Purifying the Dead"[]

After defeating the fallen Herminia and the fallen Auguste, the Chosen One and the Guardians of Light finally arrive at the deepest depths of Hell. There, Sazantos began to reveal his origins, the role of the Flameguard, and the darkness lurking inside the Order.
He then revived Orsa, Mother of All, to create a world without desire. Though the Chosen One did everything they could, Signa sacrified herself to realize Sazantos's dream. His flame absorbed Rondo's and burned away the memories of all those in Orsterra so that none remembers the Chosen One...
Chapter VII - "The Snowfields of Obscurity"[]
Sazantos's dark flame caused everyone to forget about the Chosen One. Meanwhile, Alaune, Richard, and Bargello all began new lives filled with peace and tranquility. The four deceased ring maidens yet remembered the Chosen One, however.
They, along with Shrinekeeper Ataraxia, led the Chosen One to the Flamebearer's Shrine. After passing the Flamebringer's test ane proving their strength and determination, the Chosen One pursued Sazantos, heading for the Heavens.
