Ambush is Throné Anguis's nighttime Path Action in Octopath Traveler II. The action allows Throné to knock certain townspeople unconscious, removing them from her path.

- During Throné's Chapter 1 and Chapter 2: Mother's Route, Throné must be standing behind her story targets in order to Ambush them. Oddly, this positioning requirement ceases to apply in any other circumstances, allowing Throné to ambush targets no matter what direction she is facing.
- If Throné is removed from the party after knocking someone unconscious, her victim will lose their spinning star-struck effect and become non-interactable, making them appear dead.
